OUR ACTION PLAN
Here’s how we’re protecting & advancing voting rights in Texas
BUILDING POWER
Organizing and building power around voting rights
LOUD
ADVOCACY
Loudly advocating for voting rights and against voter suppression
PROTECTING THE VOTE
Recruiting, training and deploying thousands of volunteer poll monitors
PASSING PRO-VOTING REFORMS
Passing pro-voting reforms at the federal, state and local levels
Serve on the Frontlines of Democracy, become a poll monitor today!
A poll monitor is a nonpartisan volunteer who assists voters outside of their polling location. Poll monitors are the eyes and ears on the ground, outside of polling locations to protect voters from intimidation or disinformation at polling locations! Without poll monitors, we would not be able to #ProtectTheVote in Texas.
Common Cause Texas is hosting weekly poll monitor trainings on Tuesdays at 6pm CT, Thursdays at 12pm CT and Saturdays at 10am CT on Zoom. Can you commit to one training?
